Gourmand Editions

We ship to any UK or international address.
Dispatch times, within UK 10-14 business days. 14-21 business days for Euro and ROW.
All editions will be sent flat in a cardboard envelope measuring 65 x 47 x 3cm
All editions will be sent via a trackable shipment method.

Books / Magazines / Tote Bags / Calendars 

Will be shipped on the same day if your order is placed before 11AM, or the following working day if placed after 11AM.
All orders shipped with Royal Mail are currently subject to unprecedented delays, and unfortunately once your order has been shipped there is nothing further we can do to speed up delivery.

Any items sent outside of the UK are subject to extra fees and duties at the point of delivery, depending on the country of residence. We hold no responsibility if your package is held in customs. If it is returned to us, we will ask you to pay for it to be resent or we can refund your order minus the original postage costs. 


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy if you are dissatisfied with your order, or it arrives damaged.
The customer is liable for any shipping costs incurred of retuned items, except in the instance that the return is due to an incorrect order, or the order arrived damaged.

In the event of a return you must contact shop@thegourmand.co.uk within 14 days of your order date to request a returns form. The return form needs to be completed by the customer and sent back along with the product. All returns must be sent back in its original packing.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipment method as we are unable to take responsibility for your returned items until we have received them at our warehouse.

Due to the recent postal strikes in the UK, we ask you to allow 6-8 weeks for your order to arrive before requesting a replacement or refund.
